We are very proud to announce that the COA Farm Stay/ Private Camp Public Liability Insurance Program has been secured. With the program COA acts as a qualifying gatekeeper. Once you affiliate your farm  stay camp or private camp, it is then eligible to buy its own individual, full-spectrum insurance policy from the COA partner broker. The farm stay/ private camp fills out its own proposal form, detailing its specific assets (cabins, amenities, equipment, etc).

The policy is issued in the farm stay/ private camp's own name, allowing it to operate as an independent legal entity. The resulting policy is a full insurance contract between the farm stay/ private camp and the insurer. The farm stay/ private camp operates independently, but it "unlocks" the specialised, low-cost rate by being a COA affiliate. Any form of farm stay/ private camp whether classed as a dry camp or wet camp can apply.

The COA Farm Stay/ Private Camp Membership process is as follows:

1. Apply and pay for COA Farm Stay/ Private Camp Membership;

2. Once membership is approved we'll send you a link to the COA Farm Stay/ Private Camp Proposal Form to complete and submit;

3. Our insurer will get back to you usually within a week or so with an affordable quote.

The COA Farm Stay/ Private Camp insurance program can be accessed when you become a COA Shareholder Member.
