Any form of caravan park whether Traditional, Holiday or Resort, etc. can apply for the COA Caravan Park Public Liability Insurance Program. COA acts as a qualifying gatekeeper. Once you affiliate your caravan park, it is then eligible to buy its own individual, full-spectrum insurance policy from the COA partner broker. The caravan park fills out its own proposal form, detailing its specific assets (cabins, amenities, equipment, etc).
The policy is issued in the caravan parks own name, allowing it to operate as an independent legal entity. The resulting policy is a full insurance contract between the caravan park and the insurer. The caravan park operates independently, but it "unlocks" the specialised, low-cost rate by being a COA affiliate. Any form of caravan park can apply, whether Traditional, Holiday or Resort, etc.
The COA Caravan Park Membership process is as follows:
1. Apply and pay for COA Caravan Park Membership;
2. Once membership is approved we'll send you a link to the COA Caravan Park Insurance Proposal Form to complete and submit;
3. Our insurer will get back to you usually within a week or so with an affordable quote.
The COA Caravan Park insurance program can be accessed when you become a COA Shareholder Member.
